Part-Time Bookkeeper – 22 Hours a WeekAre you a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper ready to join a friendly and supportive team? If so, my client would love to hear from you!I am working with a growing accountancy practice seeking an AAT-qualified (or qualified by experience) bookkeeper to bring their talents to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly on a part-time basis (22 hours per week) while contributing to meaningful client work.What We Offer:

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Setting up clients on various accounting software platforms
  • Inputting financial records, performing reconciliations, and delivering trial balances for year-end accounts
  • Extracting data for management accounts and internal reporting
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day queries, ensuring seamless software collaboration
  • Managing VAT registrations and liaising with clients for VAT and quarterly accounts information
  • Handling key administrative tasks within the practice
About you:
  • Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably within an accounting practice
  • Expertise in producing reports up to trial balance
  • Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero
  • Exceptional communication skills – you'll enjoy solving client queries over the phone
  • Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Hold a full drivers license due to location.
