Position:Application Support Consultant, working in the Support Department and reporting to the Support Manager.

Purpose of the Role
- To provide first-class support to our customers using our Warehouse Management Systems.
- To work closely with the internal Datalinx team, Business Consultants, and Developers to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience working in an IT support team, with a strong understanding of application or hardware systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or similar applications.

Qualification and Experience
- Educated to a Further Education level - within a computing discipline,
- Or qualified by experience - several years of proven experience within a similar role
- Have successfully worked within a team to deliver part of an overall team requirement;

- Maintain a professional personal working environment as appropriate.
- Have an ability to deliver against deadlines.
