Role Details:
- Hours: 9 am - 4 pm, with options for both full-time and part-time schedules
- Pay: 13.96 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Location: Lingfield, Surrey

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with special educational needs in the classroom, supporting their engagement in lessons and tasks according to individualized learning plans.
- Help nurture social skills by encouraging interactions with peers and participation in group activities.
- Track and document each student's progress, providing valuable insights to teachers, parents, and professionals.
- Support students' personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
What We're Looking For:
- A kind, patient, and resilient individual with a genuine commitment to helping children and young people with special needs.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care or educational setting, ideally with children or young adults requiring additional support.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car (due to the rural location).
