Location: Remote with some office time required (Hybrid)

About Redmill

Redmill Advance is a learning provider and e-learning specialist mainly offering CII regulated exam support to help students study for and pass exams. Our programmes are delivered to our clients’ employees via a learning management system and include reading materials, videos, e-learning content, assessments, and mock exams. We do this digitally including the live training we offer.

Job role

-Enhance existing CII and CISl learning programmes with the addition of new content

-Creation of new CII and CISI learning programmes.

-Creation of general CPD programmes

-Creation and updating of CII and CISI technical exam questions

-Governance of all existing products and services

-Ensuring all content is relevant and in line with current CII and CISI syllabus

-Contributing to technical articles in collaboration with the marketing team

-Be a technical point of support for students and clients with complex subject matter

-Deliver and support live training sessions, both in person and virtually as required

-Requirement to attend client meetings from time to time as would benefit the business in winning new business both in person and virtually as required

-Required to attend client meetings to support ongoing relationship management with key clients both in person and virtually as required

Person Specification

-Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) qualified as a minimum although Advanced qualifications (FPFS) highly desirable

-Experience of delivering CII regulated exam support training

-A desire to continue to study and develop as the business grows

-Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written

-Adaptable, organised with a commercial understanding

-Exercise good judgement and work without close supervision

-Will understand the importance of client service, ensuring all clients of Redmill Advance receive the highest standard of service

-Seeks to generate creative solutions to problems

-Ability to act as a positive role model for Redmill Advance

-Be able to work to deadlines

-Ability to put yourself in the students’ shoes and understand the importance of embedding learning

-Experience in creating excellent technical content that’s relevant, accurate, and robust enough to ensure it is all students need to pass their exam
