Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Competitive, up to £30,000.00 - £40,000.00 per annum (DOE)

As an Experienced Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, supporting financial advisors to deliver top-notch service to clients. Your strong organisational skills, eye for detail, and proactive approach will be essential as you manage complex client cases and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Paraplanner or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling client data
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A passion for career advancement and a drive to exceed expectations

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client communications and daily correspondence
  • Keeping client files meticulously updated and organised
  • Processing new business applications from initiation to completion
  • Gathering product information from providers
  • Preparing financial illustrations and drafting suitability reports
  • Maintaining the new business pipeline and preparing for client review meetings
  • Conducting cash flow projections and preparing materials for client annual reviews
