As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality clinical care, including wound care, catheter care, and medication management.
- Working 8-8 day or night shifts, with 3 or 4 shifts available per week.
- Ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
The package for the Registered Nurse role includes:
- Annual salary of up to 49,500 (based on 4 shifts per week).
- Hourly rate of 21.60+.
- Flexible working schedule with 3 or 4 shifts per week.

- Career progression to roles such as Clinical Unit Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy, and Home Manager.
- A current RGN or RMN registration.
- Recent hands-on clinical experience.
