Your Role:

As a Trainee Paraplanner , you’ll be an integral part of the team, assisting experienced paraplanners and financial advisors. Duties include:

  • Obtaining the relevant paperwork or applications required to implement the proposed recommendations, including illustrations
  • Submitting the relevant applications and ensuring that the recommendations and successfully implemented
  • Chasing providers for information and updates
  • Updating records on the back-office system
  • Managing the full end to end administration from data gathering to producing suitability letters

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for finance and helping people make informed financial decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ideally, some basic understanding of financial services or a related field (but full training will be provided!).
