As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Deliver quality customer service through multiple channels.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services and be able to inform customers. 

- Investigating customers queries and interacting with other internal departments to provide the right solution.

- Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints, where necessary.
