Our Client is currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join their successful customer service team based in Liphook.

In your new role you will be first point of contact for our customers, providing support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) in a positive and engaging way! No two days are the same, and you'll be making a real difference in our customer's lives.

Daily duties?

  • Resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints where necessary.
