Join our Clients architectural practice, specialising in residential projects ranging from high-value single units to multiple units up to 50. We are seeking an Architectural Technician focused on producing building regulation drawings for new builds and refurbishment projects.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Produce detailed building regulation drawings for new construction and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure all drawings and specifications meet the required standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Utilise AutoCAD to create high-quality technical drawings.
- Attend project meetings and site visits as required to ensure project specifications are adhered to.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in UK residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- A valid driving licence is essential due to the office location.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
