  • Qualifying applicants and booking in suitable viewings efficiently and effectively.
  • Conducting viewings across our regional offices (Liphook, Grayshott, Alton, and Petersfield).
  • Generating new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Confidently handling phone calls, conducting video tours, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
  • Managing the lettings process smoothly and professionally.
  • Contributing to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and maintaining a collaborative working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in lettings – a strong background in a similar role is essential.
  • Confidence in generating new business – we want someone who knows how to prospect and is proactive in building opportunities.
  • A self-motivated, driven individual who thrives on success and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication skills – someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone or appear in marketing videos.
  • Reapit software experience is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car – extensive travel between offices and appointments is required (mileage paid at 45p per mile).
