- Qualifying applicants and booking in suitable viewings efficiently and effectively.
- Conducting viewings across our regional offices (Liphook, Grayshott, Alton, and Petersfield).
- Generating new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Confidently handling phone calls, conducting video tours, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
- Managing the lettings process smoothly and professionally.
- Contributing to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and maintaining a collaborative working environment.
- Experience in lettings – a strong background in a similar role is essential.
- Confidence in generating new business – we want someone who knows how to prospect and is proactive in building opportunities.
- A self-motivated, driven individual who thrives on success and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills – someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone or appear in marketing videos.
- Reapit software experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and own car – extensive travel between offices and appointments is required (mileage paid at 45p per mile).
