EC&I Partners have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team, based at their site in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineeryou willplay a critical role in supporting business goals by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of operations by:

  • Performingnecessary breakdown repairs and lead preventative maintenance activities.
  • Supportingcontinuous improvement initiatives and implementingengineering solutions for process optimisation.
  • Maintain all process and auxiliary equipment to improve uptime and reduce costsacross the facility.
  • Record and report maintenance and repair details using appropriate maintenance management and IT systems.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant electrical trade, ideally obtained through a recognised apprenticeship.
  • Demonstrable experience in a relevant engineering discipline, with knowledge of continuous improvement processes and preventative maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with computer literacy.
  • Solid electrical background and a proven track record in electrical maintenance and fault-finding.
  • Experience working within a heavy engineering/industrial environment is desirable.
  • Flexibility, adaptability to new equipment, and a commitment to learning and development.
