  • Job Title: Band 3 CECS Administrator
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing

As a Band 3 CECS Administrator, your responsibilities will include:


  • Operating PC Systems: Utilise various software packages to deliver efficient service to Trust professionals and clients.
  • Liaison with Professionals: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and District Nurses to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Scheduling Deliveries: Coordinate the delivery and collection of community equipment
  • Public Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries at the counter or via telephone in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Documentation Preparation: Create Equipment Collection Dockets and liaise with clients for scheduling pickups.
  • Filing Responsibilities: Ensure daily completion of filing requisitions, delivery notes, and other essential paperwork.
  • Database Management: Accurately record all returned equipment on relevant internal and external databases.

  • To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

    • Experience: A minimum of 12 months' relevant experience in customer service, purchasing, or logistics, with regular use of patient administration systems.
    • Education: Five GCSEs (including English Language and Maths at grades A* to C)
    • IT Skills: At least one year's experience working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
