Lead Maintenance Engineer on Days Monday to Friday with our client who manufacture building materials across UK & Ireland
Providing maintenance support for the plant you will help ensure production runs smoothly, equipment is maintained to a high standard and downtime is minimal.
Suitable candidates will need to be Level 3 time served Mechanical/ Electrical with maintenance experience on production equipment
Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm and Friday 7am - 3pm, with an on call rota (paid extra)
Strong salary negotiable but can expect the 47 - 52k range
The Role
- Preventative and reactive maintenance on plant production equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshoot problems, carry out repairs quickly
- Work closely with production teams to enhance reliability and safety
- Welding and Fabrication
- Mechanical fitting, installation, refurb and improvements on machinery
- Routine inspections on equipment
- Work in line with Health & Safety
What we are looking for
- Level 3 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
