What You'll Do:

  • Telephony: Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Room Booking: Take charge of coordinating and reserving meeting rooms
  • Appointment Management: Book and send out appointments while keeping a keen eye on waiting lists to maintain an organised flow.
  • Typing: Showcase your typing skills by crafting clear and professional letters, and meeting minutes.
  • Photocopying: Support our administrative needs by efficiently handling photocopying tasks, ensuring everyone has the materials they need to succeed.
  • Logging & Processing Referrals: Play a vital role in our operations by accurately logging and processing referrals into our information system, helping us provide timely support.
  • Updating Information Systems: Keep our data fresh and accessible by regularly updating the information system and waiting lists
  • Electronic Filing: Maintain an organised electronic filing system that makes it easy for everyone to access important documents when they need them.
  • Additional Duties: Embrace variety! Take on any other administrative tasks appropriate to the banding as needed, contributing to a dynamic work environment.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
