Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable Cornwall based local provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer, to appoint an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to their busy Property Services team.

You will provide leadership to your trades team, ensuring all works on Planned, Reactive and Voids are completed within agreed time-scales, quality standards and to the satisfaction of the tenant.

It is essential that the applicant has experience of supervising trade staff.

Supervisors will need to be available for on call within a rota system as the supervisor acts as the support and guidance for all those trades who are on call (on call is after 5pm weekdays and weekends) further details can be provided if required.

The role does NOT come with a van but mileage is paid.
