We are looking for a Timber Frame Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves designing and creating timber frame structures, working closely with the construction team, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and offering technical support throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Create and design timber frame structures using CAD software.
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects meet required standards.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and structural requirements.
Provide technical support throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software and timber frame design.
Strong understanding of building regulations and structural requirements.
Experience in timber frame construction and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Prior experience in timber frame design is an asset.
Familiarity with Wood Engine and Pamir software is an advantage.

Additional Details

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
Salary: Negotiable and dependent on experience, ranging from 25,000.00 to 35,000.00 per year.
