A large steel window manufacturing company based in Witham are looking for an Assembler to join their expanding business. They are able to offer good solid work with plenty of overtime. Immediate starts available.
Hourly rate is 12.10ph and the hours are 7am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday. Overtime paid on a Friday which is x1.5.
Assembler duties:-
- Put together steel frames
- Reading from basic engineering drawings
- Using various hand tools including drills, hammers etc
- Using tape measures to measure and line up the products
- Making steel windows and internal steel screens
Skills & experience needed for this Assembler role:-
- You will need experience using hand tools such as drills, hammers etc
- Be able to read from basic engineering drawings
- This is a physically demanding role so you will need to be physically fit
This is a permanent role subject to you passing a probation period.
