Atrium Healthcare is seeking experienced Support Workers聽 in Driffield area who want to make a positive difference to the healthcare sector. We are supporting some of the most prestigious support and care locations in the UK and continue to offer outstanding person-centred care and support daily. We support adults in various settings such as residential, nursing, support and clinical facilities with daily tasks such as personal cares, companionship, and other complex needs. We are seeking individuals who want to join our fantastic team and continue to represent Atrium Healthcare to the highest of standards and deliver person centred care and support to all service users.
As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility is to aid and support individuals dealing with learning differences and complex mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the well-being, independence, and recovery of clients. This role requires empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health issues.

The Key Responsibilities of the job role:
路Provide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
路Aid all services users in need of assistance
路Promoting independence to residents with day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing, choices of food etc)
路Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
路Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes
路Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
路Work closely in a holistic approach to care
路Establish trusting relationships with clients and their families.
路Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals requiring support.
路Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the community and healthcare system.
路Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support to individuals in distress.
路Implement crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies.
路Coordinate with emergency services when required.
路Support clients in engaging with community resources and activities-cinema, appointments etc

The successful candidate will have:
路MAPPA/NAPPI/RRIT (BILD accredited training provider)
路A minimum of 3 years employment history (Must have a minimum of 6 months UK care experience)
路The right to work in the UK
