Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to work for our client based on Hixon, Stafford.
This is a permanent position.
Duties will include:-
- Working on Sales and Purchase Ledger.
- Matching invoices to delivery notes.
- Processing orders.
- Dealing with invoice queries.
- Generating sales invoices.
- Sending invoices to customers.
- Recording cash sales.
- Assisting with end of month accounts.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Managing emails.
- Filing.
- General office duties.
Requirements:-
- Experience in Sales and Purchase Ledger preferred.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
This role is office based.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
26,500 per annum.
