Responsibilities
Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Handling petty cash and expenses.
Providing administrative support to the finance team.
Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Contributing to the development and improvement of financial processes and systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and problem-solving approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., AAT Level 2 or higher) are desirable.
