IFA Administrator
Location: Meriden, CV7
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Reporting to: Client Services Manager
Are you an experienced administrator looking to take the next step in financial services?
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IFA Administrator / Client Services to join our client during a key period of growth.
The purpose of this role is to support advisers and paraplanners, ensuring exceptional client service!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing client valuations and maintaining records on Intelligent Office
- Assisting with annual review packs and portfolio rebalancing
- Processing new business, client withdrawals, and fund switches
- Managing client queries, including death claims and policy administration
- Producing suitability reports for ISA withdrawals
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, TCF principles, and company policies
- Supporting less experienced team members through training and mentoring
What do you need?
- Experience in an IFA environment (essential)
- Familiarity with platforms like Intelligent Office (desirable)
- Progress towards Diploma in Financial Planning (or with plans to)
