Position: Ocean Freight Export Operator
Location: Braintree, Essex
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30-17:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 pa

We now have an opportunity for an experienced Ocean Freight Export Operator to join our dynamic team based in Braintree, Essex. We are interested in speaking with individuals who possess a strong background in dealing with deep-sea export operations from initial booking process through to customs clearance and invoicing.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all forwarding tasks for ocean exports, starting from the initial enquiry, and preparation of documentation right through to raising invoices.
- Dealing with export customs entries using various CPC's including, Home Use & CFSP in line with HMRC.
- Liaise with, clients, shipping lines, 3rd parties and other forwarders alongside managing key relationships within the organisation
- Liaising with clients, shipping lines and agents
- Key account management
