What You'll Do:
- Manage and oversee the full import process for ocean freight shipments
- Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Complete customs clearances
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
- Handle documentation, compliance, and ensure timely deliveries
- Raise commercial invoices
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in ocean imports within freight forwarding
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
