A high-performing estate agency in the heart of Littleborough, Rochdale – a busy, well-established branch that consistently meets Vendors and Buyers expectations are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their all-female powerhouse team due to client demand.
&#(phone number removed); What You’ll Be Doing:
- Registering new buyers accurately using Alto CRM
- Scheduling viewings and conducting them when needed
- Welcoming buyers and vendors to branch with warmth and professionalism
- Turning inbound enquiries into valuation appointments for senior staff
- Keeping all parties updated through every stage of their property journey
- Working toward team goals with a shared sense of pride and purpose

We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Sales Negotiator – how long you’ve done it matters less than who you are.
