Our client a well-established Plastics company based in Littleborough is looking to add Machine Operative on the night shift to operate simple machinery. The company is well established and prides them self in the top- quality service to their clients.
The Job
- To manufacture products operating a range of production machines, associated equipment and related computer-based systems.
- Achieve maximum production output whilst still maintaining defined quality standards and minimum waste.
- Selection, movement and stock control of all materials used in the manufacture process
- Record keeping and documentation to standards appropriate to an OHSAS Safety and Environmental accredited facility.
- Maintain highest standards of cleaning and housekeeping in relation to machines, immediate work area and production facility as a whole.
- Other duties, as required, that would reasonably be allocated to a Production Operator
The Person
- Previous Machine / Production Operative Experience
- Basic Computer / I T Skills
- Great Communication skills
- Great attention to detail
