Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams to achieve project goals
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Lead and mentor project team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing data centre and laboratory construction projects
- Relevant certifications including SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
