Are you an Accounts Assistant looking to take a leap in your career? We’re recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a company based near Arundel. You will have the opportunity to work towards your CIMA or AAT qualification, supported by the company. The role will include but will not be limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other ad-hoc account related duties.

As an Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Processing payments in Sage
  • Credit control tasks
  • Raising monthly contract invoices
  • Other ad-hoc accounts related tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an accounts payable / receivable role
  • Working / looking to work towards an AAT / CIMA qualification
  • Able to drive with your own vehicle due to the location of the business
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm in the office & Friday’s 8:30am to 12:30pm from home. The role is based near Arundel and is paying a salary of £25,000 up to £30,000 dependent on experience. You must be able to drive with your own vehicle due to the location.
