We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support the Accounts and Quality department for a well-established company in Littlehampton. This is a temporary position working in the office Monday-Friday, flexible hours can be considered for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Collate and present reports to the Managing Director
- Raising and emailing daily, weekly, and monthly customer invoices and credit notes.
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Manage building and asset maintenance, tool calibration, supplier credentials, and COSHH substances
- Document control and maintain the Internal Improvements Tracker
- Arrange and monitor staff training, assist in audits, and process invoices
- Assist with accounts receivable and end-of-month processes
- Take minutes of meetings
The successful candidate will be proficient in Office 365 and Excel and be able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
The hourly rate of pay for this role would be between 14 per hour on a temporary basis.
