My client is looking for a dedicated and passionate Clinical Lead to join their well-established nursing home located near Littlehampton. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to their residents while leading and supporting the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical care within the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Provide hands-on nursing care to residents as required.
Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of each resident.
Mentor, guide, and support the nursing team in delivering the best possible care.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with the NMC.
Ideally, previous experience working in a nursing home environment.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, hands-on care to residents.
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for those in your care.
Ability to work up to 42 hours per week.
