Day-to-day of the role:- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service through in-person showroom visits and remotely.
- Process customer sales queries accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple enquiries through various stages of the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Review customer/architect specifications and present design and cost proposals to clients.
- Handle sales administration tasks to support the sales process.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar internal sales environment.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills: ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and effectively collaborate within a team.
- Excellent administration skills.
