As a Test Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all components and sub-assemblies meet production schedules and performance standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform various production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies.
- Utilise test procedures, drawings, schematics, and verbal/written instructions to test and troubleshoot units.
- Recognise nonconformities and take appropriate action.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and follow ISO practises and procedures.
- Maintain fixturing and perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Provide training to other team members in established processes.
- Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
- Document test results accurately.
- Serve as the technical interface with other departments.
- Model professional and positive work ethics.
- Consider the impact of quality on customers when making decisions.
- Thrive in a team environment.
Requirements:
