Customer Service AdvisorAre you looking for a temporary role until the end of the year?Saving for Christmas?Looking for the opportunity to gain an office based customer service role, but have no previous office experience?Out client based in Littlehampton are looking for several people to start working on a temporary project from now, until the end of the year. This will be weekly pay, £11.44 per hour. The role will give you the opportunity to gain valuable office experience, as our client will consider candidates from all customer service backgrounds. So as long as you have had some experience of working with the public and are computer literate, we would love to hear from you! Our client is currently expanding their customer service department and so there could be longer term opportunities available in the future, which you may be considered for.The role:* Mon - Fri (09:00 - 17:00pm)* Completing outbound calls to GP Surgeries to discuss collection of outstanding prescriptions* Requirement to update internal IT systems and operate Excel documents (training will be provided)* Checking of database to locate receipt of prescriptions (full training given)* This role does require high call volumes - approximately 30 calls per day - you will receive feedback and support to ensure you meet these targetsIf you are available asap and can commit until the end of the year, please call: , or email
