Our client is seeking a talented Logistics and Operations Lead to join their dynamic team. With a focus on health and safety, you will create risk assessments, method statements, and plans to ensure the highest levels of safety for our clients. As a key point of contact for clients and operatives, you will build strong relationships and provide exceptional support. In addition, you will collaborate with sales and coordinator teams to onboard new clients and manage existing relationships. Requirements:

  • IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (desirable)
  • Management/Supervisory experience
  • C&G 6150/6160 suite (training will be given if needed)
  • Driving Licence - full and clean

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in understanding safety and operational requirements
  • Create risk assessments and method statements
  • Collaborate with sales and coordinator team to onboard new clients
  • Manage client requests and ensure highest levels of health and safety
  • Conduct site audits and support assessment process
  • Build relationships with technical teams and support ongoing CPD
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality standards
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Attend required meetings and provide support for head office facilities
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle information with sensitivity
