• Carry out maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on complex machinery.
• Ensure optimal performance of equipment by conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with the engineering team to implement new solutions and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the development and improvement of maintenance systems and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive quality and safety improvements.
Candidate Essentials:
• Proven experience as a Dual Skilled Maintenance Engineer, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with high-tech machinery and systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• Relevant engineering qualifications (City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
• Ideally, experience with bespoke machinery or similar complex systems.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in the rail, automotive, or industrial engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with PLCs, automated systems, or CNC machinery.
