Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

  • Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for custom based products and assemblies.
  • Develop innovative design solutions, ensuring functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet client specifications and industry standards.

Project Involvement:

  • Lead or support design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, FEA, and technical risk assessments.
  • Liaise with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production efficiency.

Standards and Compliance:

  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including technical reports and design validation records.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design
  • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
  • Experience with FEA and other analysis tools is advantageous.
