- Competitive Annual Salary - £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
- Based near Worthing / Littlehampton
Essential Skills / Experience:
- Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management in a similar environment
- Associates degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent) plus 7+ years experience in a high-tech engineering environment
Key Responsibilities:
You will be pivotal in planning, leading, and executing engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams locally and globally to meet project schedules and ensure successful project completion from inception to conclusion. The Project Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, which can exceed $1 million, and coordinating efforts across various functional departments and senior management.
- Manage multiple concurrent product development and sustaining projects.
- Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to local and global teams, including contractors.
- Set goals and objectives for direct reports and assess performance.
