Receptionist/Office Administrator (Part time - 30 hours per week)

Salary: £12.00p/h - £13.00p/h + company benefit package

Location: Rustington (office based)

Hours: Flexible between Mon-Fri (flexible on what hours you want to work between the times of 8am -18.00pm, however you will need to work on a Friday each week)

Do you have a proven background working within reception and administration support and want to work for a well-established organisation that offers a friendly and supportive working environment? If so, my client is looking for a well presented, personable and enthusiastic individual to join their organisation where you will assist with the reception and support the administration team based in their offices in Rustington.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception, welcoming clients and answering incoming phone calls.
  • Taking messages and booking in appointments.
  • Deal with incoming post and distribute it accordingly.
  • Take payments and update the system accurately.
  • Complete letters and forms to send to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client details across the CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit online statutory documents.
  • Other ad hoc duties when required.

  • Proven reception and administrative background.
  • Good IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using inhouse databases.
