This school is looking for someone to lead the department and ensure that the team has collectively the knowledge and skills to achieve the development plans, manage change and enable the team to confront and implement change positively. To develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues and to encourage, support and lead INSET provision for all members of the team.
