Carpenter Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of carpentry work, including door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen units, etc.
- Attend and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring efficient service.
- Work within reactive repairs, responding swiftly to maintenance needs and ensuring minimal disruption for tenants.
- Prepare and refurbish void properties, making them ready for new tenants.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, tiling, or other trades is desired but not essential.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.
Carpenter Requirements:
- Experience in carpentry, preferably within the social housing sector.
- Must have your own tools.
- Relevant carpentry qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Full clean UK driving license.
Carpenter Role Benefits:
- Salary: 34,000 per annum.
- Tool allowance & Flexible benefits pot: Up to 800 annually.
