Salary: 28,000pa
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30-17:00 pm

Freight Operator - Aerospace Responsibilities:
As a Freight Operator for aerospace, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of aerospace freight, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations and optimise freight routes, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of aerospace freight, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to industry regulations
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle documentation, customs clearance, and compliance procedures for aerospace shipments
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively addressing any issues or delays
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimise freight routes and reduce costs
Experienced required:
- Proven experience in freight operations, specifically within the aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of air freight regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in freight management systems and MS Office applications
- Understanding of safety and security protocols related to aerospace freight handling
