We have an exciting new vacancy for a Hotel General Manager to join our team at the Adelphi Hotel. With 402 bedrooms and 14 conference suites accommodating up to 850 Guests this grand Edwardian-style building is Perfectly located in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Ideal for commuters, the hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from both Liverpool Central and Liverpool Lime Street train stations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the hotel team by effectively managing the operations and sales team ensuring each department is supported and consistent in providing a high standard of service.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and revenue growth.
  • Ensuring the hotel maintains compliance with industry standards and all health and safety requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing the guest experience while increasing revenue through innovative offerings and promotions.

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience as a hotel general manager
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a large team
  • A strong background in event management and managing venue spaces, with an ability to drive successful wedding and events as well as corporate bookings.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service ensuring each of our guests has a memorable stay.
