This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse portfolio of clients, taking ownership of audits, and mentoring junior team members, all within a forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Preparing financial statements and management accounts for a variety of clients
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
- Managing client relationships and providing advisory support
- Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
- Minimum of three years' experience in a UK Practice environment
- Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work to deadlines
