This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse portfolio of clients, taking ownership of audits, and mentoring junior team members, all within a forward-thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Preparing financial statements and management accounts for a variety of clients
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Managing client relationships and providing advisory support
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality standards

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a UK Practice environment
  • Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work to deadlines
