Retail/Roll Out Fit FastTrack Fit Out Programmes
Our client, a leading fit-out contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in retail fit-out and fast-track roll-out projects to play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-profile retail programmes.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately pricing and managing projects, working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for retail fit-out and roll-out projects.
- Assess project risks, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Review tender documentation, bills of quantities, and specifications.
- Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within retail fit-out and roll-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with fast-track fit-out delivery methods is a strong advantage.
