Leading Commercial & Mixed-use Property Developer with a turnover in excess of£500m p.a, is looking to appoint an experienced Development Finance Director.
The ideal candidate:
- Will be a Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
- Experience of working in the BTR, PBSA or Main Contracting sectors.
- Experience of working with lenders to secure funding.
- Able to review land appraisal bids.
- Previous staff management experience.
- Experience of scaling up a new business would be ideal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Living within a commutable distance of Liverpool
