Job Title: Temporary Financial Accountant- Urgently required!

Search Consultancy is supporting to recruit for a letting agency and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their team in Liverpool. This will be on a temporary contract for 3 month and are looking to get started as soon as possible.
Job Description
You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and managing the month-end and year-end close processes. Your duties will include conducting financial analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will also oversee the reconciliation of accounts, manage tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors.
Requirements:
- Relevant accounting qualification - Part qualified (CIMA)
- Experience in an accounts (AP/AR), budgeting and reconciliations
- Service charge experience is a must
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Suite.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently but also work with the wider teams across the business.
The role offers a salary paid on an hourly basis equivalent up to £45,000 depending on experience. This will be full-time hours, working Monday to Friday with flexibility to start 8am-10am and finish 4pm-6pm fully on site.
