Description
- Implement and manage financial processes and procedures
- Provide expert advice on all finance-related matters
- Lead the budget planning and forecasting process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure financial compliance in line with industry regulations
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports
- Support the development and implementation of strategic financial plans
- Manage and mentor finance team members
Profile
A successful Finance Systems Specialist should have:
- A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Expertise in a managerial or associate role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work as part of a team
