The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to join a highly influential Audit, Risk & Compliance team in a top law firm.

You will be at the forefront of the firm’s risk and audit operations and will make a daily impact to the performance and ongoing success of the business.

Duties include:

  • Conduct planned internal audits across the business.
  • Assign nonconformities and deliver corrective actions.
  • Respond and work with the DPO to resolve all data protection incidents and enquiries.
  • Maintain the firms key strategic registers.
  • Maintain the firm’s document control library, register and oversee any changes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Audit experience and/or Risk Management experience in a professional services business is essential
  • Can build strong relationships and maintain professionalism, segregation, and independence.
  • Ability to analyse risks and set clear treatment actions which balance commerciality with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Work experience or an understanding of risk and compliance practices within a regulated business.
