The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to join a highly influential Audit, Risk & Compliance team in a top law firm.
You will be at the forefront of the firm’s risk and audit operations and will make a daily impact to the performance and ongoing success of the business.
Duties include:
- Conduct planned internal audits across the business.
- Assign nonconformities and deliver corrective actions.
- Respond and work with the DPO to resolve all data protection incidents and enquiries.
- Maintain the firms key strategic registers.
- Maintain the firm’s document control library, register and oversee any changes.
The ideal candidate:
- Audit experience and/or Risk Management experience in a professional services business is essential
- Can build strong relationships and maintain professionalism, segregation, and independence.
- Ability to analyse risks and set clear treatment actions which balance commerciality with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Work experience or an understanding of risk and compliance practices within a regulated business.
