Management Accountant

Up to £45,000 + 10% bonus

Location: Liverpool City Centre (office-based role)

Newly qualified accountant looking to progress withing a growing business working alongside a talented and supportive FC.

Our client is a rapidly growing financial services business, located in the heart of Liverpool's business district. They are seeking a Management Accountant to join their fun and collaborative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression due to planned acquisitions and will report directly to a talented Financial Controller.

What you'll do:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our client's business. You will be responsible for taking ownership of the monthly management accounts process, producing detailed management accounts, providing variance analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and managing accruals and prepayments. Your work will contribute significantly to the financial stability and growth of the company.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Management Accountant position is a part-qual / newly qualified accountant with a drive to progress. You should have experience in full management accounts production and stakeholder management. Experience in a regulated sector would be beneficial but is not essential. Your commitment to your professional development and your ability to work effectively within a team will make you an asset to our client's organisation.
